Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change for many reasons including those out of our control. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before the rental period begins.

• 50% refund for cancellations made between 13 and 4 days before the rental period starts.

• Cancellations within 3 days of the rental period start date are non-refundable, and any outstanding rental fees will be due.
