Waiver, Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee

Waiver & Damage Deposit

A waiver is required to be signed by renter.  At the time of booking, a $500 hold will be placed on your credit card. This deposit serves as coverage for potential damages or equipment loss. Any unused portion will be released after assessment.  

Cleaning Fee

Sisu Loyly Orlando doesn't enforce a separate cleaning fee per rental. However, please note that an excessively unclean return may incur a $250+ cleaning fee deducted from the Damage Deposit.
